Joins The Brazen Blues Band as Lead Vocalist. Gigs
in: Mombasa, Kenya,
Pakistan - Karachi, Bahrain - Brit Club (2 nights), Malta
- Studio 54 (2 nights), Gibraltar - local radio session.

Whilst with Fanackapan, Tosh teams up with Lisa Bush to
form the cabaret duo Obsession and also
starts his solo career. |

Tosh still does his solo act and has also added a band called The Little Big Band |

Due to another band being called the Little Big Band, ( who had been around a lot longer),
Tosh felt the need to rename the band to,'The Moonlighters' or 'Tosh and The Moonlighters' |
